Order Pickup Policy
To ensure freshness and quality, all pre-orders must be picked up during our designated pickup hours:
Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
If you are unable to arrive within your selected pickup window, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate delays, we cannot guarantee product quality or availability outside scheduled pickup times.
Allergy Disclaimer
At La Boutique Fermière we take food allergies and dietary sensitivities seriously.
While we proudly offer select gluten-free products, please note that all items are prepared in a kitchen where gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and other allergens are regularly used and handled.
As a result, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contamination or trace allergens.
Customers with severe allergies or celiac disease should use their discretion when consuming our products. If you have questions regarding ingredients or allergens, please contact our team before ordering and we will do our best to assist you.

At La Boutique Fermière we are passionate about creating seasonal pastries and bistro offerings inspired by quality local ingredients.
Whenever possible, we source local, artisanal, and in-season ingredients to support our community and highlight the best flavours each season has to offer. Because many of our products are handmade in small batches, offerings and ingredients may occasionally vary based on seasonal availability.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all pastry, food, and custom order sales are final.
However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, such as an incorrect item or quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or reimbursement when appropriate.
Unopened, unused non-perishable retail items may be eligible for return within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Custom orders, seasonal items, and special event pre-orders are non-refundable once preparation has begun.
